The creation of a new legal framework for the electronic health record presents a unique opportunity to set a new course. The new legal framework should be forward-looking. This includes establishing the conditions necessary for the creation of the health data repository. We would be happy to contribute to this effort and have now prepared a revised draft for the public and the National Council’s Health Commission.
